ABOUT THE OVATION LIFESTYLE BRAND:

Ovation Lifestyle sets a new standard for community programming in Las Vegas' multifamily housing. Our events aren’t just about entertainment; they’re about curating connection, celebrating culture, and elevating everyday life for our residents. From bespoke workshops to neighborhood vendor markets, we bring intentionality, energy, and creativity to every activation.

 

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

The Lifestyle Coordinator supports the strategic vision of the Ovation Lifestyle program by executing high-quality, engaging events and experiences across a portfolio of multifamily communities. This role is critical to enhancing resident satisfaction and promoting community connection through creative activations, vendor partnerships, and brand-aligned engagement. The Lifestyle Manager works closely with the Director of Lifestyle to ensure programming excellence that reflects Ovation’s core values.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Resident Engagement & Lifestyle Programming

  • Plan and execute unique, culturally relevant events across assigned properties that align with seasonal trends and resident interests.
  • Lead onsite event activations, energizing resident participation and encouraging organic community-building.
  • Monitor resident feedback, cultural moments, and market trends to inform future programming ideas.
  • Contribute to the development of monthly and seasonal event calendars in partnership with the Director of Lifestyle.
  • Drives resident satisfaction by curating meaningful programming that strengthens community connection and aligns with Ovation's brand values while demonstrating exceptional customer service.

 

Event Logistics & Operational Execution

  • Own the full scope of event coordination including scheduling, vendor and supply management, and if needed on site setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Ensure consistency in quality, branding, and presentation across all events.
  • Manage internal planning documents, supply checklists, and event timelines to ensure preparedness.
  • Support the maintenance of the Ovation resident app through timely updates of event descriptions and calendar entries.
  • Ensures smooth and efficient event execution by managing all operational elements with precision and attention to detail.

 

Vendor Relations & Community Partnerships

  • Maintain relationships with local small businesses, artists, chefs, entertainers, and service vendors.
  • Coordinate vendor logistics, including contracts and onsite management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with property teams to ensure alignment on goals and support during activations.
  • Enhances event quality and community relevance through strategic vendor management and collaborative teamwork.

 

Brand Experience & Internal Collaboration

  • Represent the Ovation Lifestyle brand during events, maintaining tone, voice, and visual standards in all materials.
  • Assist with promotion efforts, including digital and physical flyer distribution, digital signage updates, and communication through resident-facing channels.
  • Work with leasing, maintenance, and corporate teams to align programming with broader organizational objectives.
  • Maintains brand integrity and supports internal alignment by executing visually cohesive, well-communicated lifestyle experiences.

 

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event planning, public relations or communications or comparable industry experience is preferred.

 

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to energize a crowd, lead activations, and build community.
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and locations.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering elevated resident experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for multi-site travel.
  • Qualified candidates must be able to work full-time hours that are flexible and will include some nights, weekends, and holidays. 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary:

$27.50/ hr

  • Rent discount – Employee rent discount after 90 days. 
  • Medical Insurance – 100% free option available for employee/company pays portion of dependent coverage, eligible 1st of the month after 60 days 
  • Dental and Vision Insurance – Employee and dependent coverage options available, eligible 1st of the month after 60 days. 
  • You will be eligible to enroll in our 401K plan on the first day of the quarter following three months of employment.  
  • Our generous PTO package consists of 13 days of paid time off, which is pro-rated in each pay period and increases with tenure (available after 90 days of employment), ten holidays, and one-half day annually.
