Job Description:
Ovation Property Management is seeking motivated, high-potential college students to join our 7-Week Summer Internship Program. This immersive, hands-on experience is designed for students interested in real estate, development, design, marketing, finance, and property operations.
Interns will rotate through multiple departments within our fully integrated real estate organization, gaining direct exposure to how apartment communities are designed, built, marketed, financed, and managed from start to finish. This program provides real-world experience, professional mentorship, and meaningful project work that supports Ovation’s growing portfolio across the Las Vegas Valley.
Interns will gain exposure to several of the following areas:
- Development – Project feasibility, entitlements, underwriting support, and early-stage real estate development
- Design – Architectural concepts, interior design standards, finish selections, branding elements, and community aesthetics
- Construction (Office & Field) – Construction management, schedules, site operations, and quality control
- Asset Management – Portfolio performance analysis, capital planning, operating metrics, and long-term value strategy
- Finance – Financial modeling, underwriting support, cash flow analysis, capital planning, lender reporting, and investment performance tracking
- Accounting – Property and corporate accounting, budgeting, expense tracking, financial reporting, and compliance
- Marketing – Branding, digital marketing, social media, leasing support, and resident engagement initiatives
- Property Management (Office & Field) – Leasing operations, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and resident experience
The program concludes with a final capstone presentation, where interns present their learnings, insights, project outcomes, and recommendations to Ovation leadership.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations within assigned departments
- Assist with real-world projects, research, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Participate in site visits, meetings, and shadowing opportunities
- Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing the internship experience

MUST BE ENROLLED AT AN ACCREDITED 4- YEAR INSTITUTION PURSUING A BACHELOR'S OR GRADUATE LEVEL DEGREE.
